We have highly skilled service engineers available who have all undergone rigorous training at the factory in Germany on all of the equipment we supply, and who all have at least 5 years’ industry experience. We can offer more extensive training programmes where required, and produce a complete training module for all of your engineers

Servicing Support
Through our UK Spares and Servicing Department, Grunwald UK aim to offer the highest level of after sales customer care. Grunwald UK have adopted a ‘15 year plus, total life cycle provider’ policy for all machine sales, backing the quality of the machines as well as developing relationships with customers that will last the lifetime of the machine and beyond.
Training
Grunwald UK can provide training for machine operators and engineers through our team of experienced UK-based, German qualified engineers.
We also have a programme to train your staff to be trainers themselves. This enables them to train up new staff as and when you need it. Having well trained staff is the key to a productive long machine life cycle.
Grunwald machines that are connected online can or capable of being online have the option of online remote support cutting waiting times down to as little as 30min to resolve breakdowns and make amends to recipes and settings or find the fault.
